Heating Instructions


Conventional oven
  1. Defrost first by placing container in refrigerator.
  2. Fold back lid in corner to allow steam to escape
  3. Then, place in moderate oven (180c)
  4. Cook for 30 minutes. Add 10 minutes if frozen.
300g size:

Reduce cooking time to 20 minutes

Remove lid for:

Mornay, Cottage Pie and Lasagne



Microwave
  1. While frozen turn out into microwave dish with lid. best thawed.
  2. Place into microwave oven on high for:
  3. Fish: 5 minutes
  4. Other meals: 8 minutes
