Heating Instructions
Conventional oven
- Defrost first by placing container in refrigerator.
- Fold back lid in corner to allow steam to escape
- Then, place in moderate oven (180c)
- Cook for 30 minutes. Add 10 minutes if frozen.
300g size:
Reduce cooking time to 20 minutes
Remove lid for:
Mornay, Cottage Pie and Lasagne
Microwave
- While frozen turn out into microwave dish with lid. best thawed.
- Place into microwave oven on high for:
- Fish: 5 minutes
- Other meals: 8 minutes
